FLOWERS ARE BURNING Elements of Vojvodina’s cultural heritage are slowly disappearing. These changes represent only a small fragment of the broader political and social mosaic of Serbia, where flowers are burning every day.

This is a 20th-century monumental Catholic church, built on the foundations of an original 18th-century church, that—like many others in rural areas—is waiting to be demolished due to neglect.
These Catholic churches, along with Evangelical ones, are part of Vojvodina’s multiethnic historical heritage, which is being erased or forgotten over time.
